After the upload is completed, we can see the file format. For example, what we uploaded is a PNG image, and then below is its title, its file size, and the upload time. Then there is a copy or cut inside; you can cut it to another directory, or you can also delete it or download it.
The next one is editing. In editing, we can edit the file’s name or add some descriptions and then add some versions, especially when we have some apps that need to be downloaded by others. It will have a version number. You can fill it in this position. Of course, you can also add a tag to it. Tag is mainly equivalent to classification. You can call it through tag later.
Then you can also modify the time. You can also set a password for it. Only by entering the password can you view the file and then the number of times the file has been viewed. In addition, you can also update the file; for example, You upload a new file to replace it, and it will also generate a link. We can see through this link format that it uploaded the file to our root directory and created a new download folder. Put it here, and then after modification, you can save it or close it. This is its primary function.
Of course, in addition to this function, we can also look at other statistics. It can tell you which files are there, how many people have downloaded them, and how many have viewed them. Then, you can also see these based on time and the status of the file download.
The next one is the tag we just mentioned; you can set a tag for each file you upload. After setting it, it will be the same as our category directory and the same as when we published articles and products before. It will have an additional classification action, which is tag.
Then, the next one is for our icon, and you can make a setting.
After opening it, we see the first setting icon for our icon. You can set our icon to SVG, the machine’s format, or you can set it to PNG format, according to your needs. This icon is actually what we see now when we display it. You can use the default icon or upload a small icon of your own. You can also edit it to edit the icon. , for example, to modify the color and size of the content displayed in its icon. On the right, you can also switch the icon to display it as other icons. The following is a display status for each file. After each file is opened, an icon is displayed on the left, its title on the right, and its content below. Its file size, upload time, and update time are also displayed below. Version number, etc., a download will be displayed below. Users can also preview the icon. This is its display status. The last setting is for global settings. For example, which files are supported by the files you upload? For example, if there are compressed packages, some CSS files, or PNG files, then if you want to add more files as For our attachment, just add an English comma here and more suffixes.
The other one is our files, which will display their suffixes. For example, the files we upload now will not display the suffixes, but if you turn them on, they will.
Then, there are some other settings below. For example, we can enable the category directory or other settings. You can default to these settings without setting them, including the search module. It provides 5 templates here, one of which is the effect we just saw. For example, the first one is the default template. If you call a category, all its downloaded files will display this effect.

There are some other settings below. The next one is for our emails. For example, if someone downloads our file, we can email it here. What is displayed here is the name of your email and the email address to which it was sent. The following is a reminder. you can display and tell the author, and then the customer can see which file and which site they downloaded. Generally, we can use this email by default.
Normally, when someone downloads a file, we don’t care about it. The next one is the rules for it.
